Prices will consider the complexity of the work, materials required, and the time needed to complete the job. Work will not commence until the client's approval of the quotation. All quoted prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required before the commencement of significant work, as stipulated in the quotation.

Kiwi Furniture Restorers will exercise utmost care in safeguarding client's items while they are within our workshop premises. However, we do not assume liability for loss or damage arising from uncontrollable events such as fire, theft, flood, and other similar occurrences. Clients are recommended to have their items insured during transit and while under our care.

An estimated completion time will be provided at the time of quotation. However, these times are estimates only and may vary slightly due to the complexity of the work, availability of materials, and current workload. We will notify you once your item is complete and ready for collection, and it is expected to be collected within 7 working days. Items not collected within this period may incur storage fees.
